For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the user of Products may be customers, channel partners, vendors or any other persons using Products or accessing the website (“user”, “you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy will help you understand our policies and procedures regarding the collection, handling and use of your Information. Omnivio collects Information about its users to provide its Products, to monitor and improve the Products Omnivio offers, and to send information and market services to users. Users may opt-out of emails from Omnivio. Omnivio will not retain data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, until you cancel or close your account, or as required by applicable laws or regulations. All data collected by Omnivio is stored exclusively in the India AWS Data Center.
